What is EMS?


EMS, electric muscle stimulation, is a method of allowing lowpower electric impulses to control the contractions of the muscles. The more power you put on, the more the muscles must work. With these, you can tense your muscles up to 18 times more than your body can achieve during a traditional heavy weightlifting training session. The training effect is huge, but without straining joints and ligaments. EMS also reaches muscles that are otherwise difficult to exercise in a normal way and can be the cause of many types of back problems and poor posture.


You activate 90 percent of the body's muscles at the same time, so it takes just 20 minutes of training to get the same results that you have to work several hours at a traditional gym to achieve. Because the strength is individually adapted by a trained EMS instructor, this training is suitable for everyone.
